100 years ago, typeface, papers and inks were very limited. Mostly, designing covers and posters closely related to art paintings, drawings, artists and photographer.
Since I saw they cover of Avant garde magazine, I was interested in this typeface and the logo, this kind of design was a new style during 1910s.
I interested in the Avant grade typeface, the positive and negative spaces are managed well and mathematically fit with each other.
But this font also has many argument.
However, it still encouraged me to try to use this typeface to make a poster.
