Bauhaus, the first graphic design school, was founded in 1919 in Germany, so this concept was quickly followed around the world. Also, the typography techniques was developed in the early 20 century. Various fonts, logos, stamps became designers signature styles. Graphic designers was already well communicated with public because public needed graphic designers for various marketing materials, for example brochures, newspapers, advertisements, logos and signage.
